1.The products are shipped using the services of our courier partners .The estimated delivery of customized products is 8-10 days. Your gift may be delivered prior or the chosen date of delivery. In case of resin frame, delivery may take 15-20 days because these items takes time to dry.

9. We are providing Free Delivery For All the Products All Over India only on orders above ₹500, below this amount you will be charged.
10. The product will be Hand Delivered to your doorstep.

12. No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
There is no exchange or return for customized products because these products are made on order. So please double-check the details before placing your order.
- If the customer notices that the delivered product is in damaged/defective condition, clear video proof of unboxing will be required mentioning the shipping label. We will not be able to accept the return request if video proof is not provided.
